The reading is not complete clear. It could be translated "D. Borov..." and could be interpreted as "Borovsky" or "Borovski". The painting is dated with (19)41. There is no established artist named in reference books or auction result databases. The dating 1941 is not adaptable with David Borisovich BOROVSKY (1926-2004) and also the signature. Borovsky is an often name in Russia.
Works by this artist were recently offered and sold on the international auction market.
This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
