What does this mean?

Hi Ann,

Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
If you'd like for your appraisal to include dimensions, which is customary, please forward in the comments section - at your convenience - the height, width and length of rockers and I'll update this ASAP.
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:

An antique American Victorian "Lincoln" incised walnut caned rocking armchair
probably late 19th Century
With incised molded crest over caned back, scrolling arms over caned seat, raised on shaped legs joined by a box stretcher, all on rockers.
(DIMENSIONS)
CONDITION: appears to be in generally good condition with wear commensurate to age and use. Some breaks to caning, as expectant with age.
PROVENANCE: inherited
$400-600*
