Description from user:

25 inch tall lamp, with three settings. Believed to be an Ethan Allen lamp from the 1970's-1980's.

This lamp belonged to my parents, and I believe it was purchased in the late 1970's or early 1980's. I believe it was purchased from Ethan Allen.
