It is a beautiful pair of cufflinks. Such vintage jewellery are being offered at auction on a regular basis.
The design of the cufflinks is very special and classic. They were probably made in the first half of the 1900s when cufflinks were in fashion and this particular style was popular. From the photos I cannot see any gold marks however not all gold was marked so this may be the case. The price may be even higher depending on how heavy the cufflinks are - I presume they weigh circa 10-12 grams for the pair. The appraisal is based on the cufflinks being made of 14 kt gold. It it is only gold coloured metal the value would be considerably lower.
The estimate provided is for a well-advertised specialised online jewellery auction, where I believe the cufflinks has the best chance of realising its fullest potential. However, there is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the lovely gold cufflinks. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.
