With upholstered furniture, it's salability is contingent on not only its visual appearance but its cleanliness and comfort which is difficult to ascertain from photographs. I have appraised this assuming it is free from odor, stains and is moderately comfortable.

A vintage Victorian style carved mahogany and upholstered wing armchair
Made by Van Upholstery & Furniture Co., Detroit, Mich., mid 20th Century
The rounded crest centering carved rosette, over a tufted and curved back with rounded arms, slip seat with rounded front over a carved seat rail, all raised on short square flaring legs.
