The signatures *look* authentic to me but it's next to impossible to authenticate signatures from photos; that said, I've given this the benefit of the doubt and assume the signatures are correct but my value is conditional on them being authenticated. If any/all of the signatures were determine to be spurrious, the value of this would be decorative, likely at/around $100.
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:
