Description from user:

Antique English perpetual calendar - can't tell if this is made of English Oak or Mahogany. It's in perfect working order with original booklet. Difficult to date as the instructions indicate a start date of 1861, but the Principal Holidays section starts from 1920 - so it's either late 19th Century or early 20th. It measures 8"W x 9"H x 3"D.

This perpetual calendar was designed and copyrighted by a distant relative of mine (A. H. Dightam). It has been in the family for the past 100 years or so. Not sure how many of these were made, but I cannot see another example on the Web.
