The Battle of Norfolk Shipyard was created based on historic accounts of various battles in Norfolk. Painted in Furth-Linnenbach, Germany, around 2002, updated additional details added 2012 New York, completed 2020 and exhibited and sold York Gallery, VA, $5,000, brought back to NY 2021, now currently on exhibit at the Mid-South Artist Gallery.

Artist - Frederick Lyle Morris - signs all his work "Lyle" , sold his first painting in 1963. Began selling his work Paris, France 1963-1965, sales in Germany from 1986 - to present, sales in China, Japan and Korea 2004-2006, New York and USA 1963 to present. The Battle of Norfolk Shipyard was created based on historic accounts of various battles in Norfolk.
