As noted, the image depicts the Sydney harbour bridge through a vignette of foliage. The work appears to be signed to the lower left corner. I've conducted a few searches in the effort to identify the artists but was not able to firmly do so. If you are able to provide information regarding the artist, please let me know as that might affect the estimated value.
