This may have once had a cover or lid- are there any abrasions around the inside of the upper rim to indicate that?

A vintage Bohemian style parcel 24K gilt cranberry glass
made in Murano, Italy, mid/late 20th Century
Of circular section and baluster form, the cranberry glass body with enameled floral decoration and 24K highlights, bearing original Murano sticker.
6 1/2 inches tall, 2 inches wide
CONDITION: possibly lacking a cover
PROVENANCE: acquired at auction
