Thank you for contacting Mearto. This is a necklace of quartz, carnelian and jadeite of the Tairona culture in Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, Columbia. Tairona culture thrived from around 100 CE to 1100 CE.
Tairona craftspeople were known mainly for gold jewelry, but precious stones like this are seen on the market as well.
If it is an authentic historical piece, as the paperwork indicates, the Fair Market Value is between $400 and $500
