It is a double barrel 12 with matching 10 Guage barrels. All numbers matching with the gun.

The presented object appears to be a Parker Bros SxS double-barrel shotgun. It comes with a barrel set for 10 gauge and 12 gauge. The metal parts are decorated with carvings and the surface is rubbed down.
