I've not found this mark on any Chinese export works and as they a have a Delft-like quality, these look like European imitations of Chinese works, late 18th/early 19th Century
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:
A Pair of Continental Chinese style blue and white hexagonal porcelain urns
In the manner of Delft, late 18th/early 19th Century
Of vasiform silhouette and hexagonal section, the white body decorated allover with phoenix, dragons, birds and flowers, the underside impressed, one with a "B," the other with an "S" and VO3.
each 15 1/2 inches high, 6 1/2 inches greatest diameter
