Description from user:

Oil on paper stock, shows Hill and valleys consumed by a Forest fire, signed in bottom right corner. Seems to have been unprofessionaly reframed with a more modern frame,. Wire hung. I think this is and awesome piece

I found it in a small flee market trading post in between about 50 other paintings and prints.the owners said it was most likely donated. Purchased it for $5
