The presented object appears to be a giclee print canvas with measurements of 28 x 21 inches. This is a reproduction after the painting by Pablo Picasso with the title "Portrait of Marie Therese Walter" which was painted in 1937. This reprint with an edition of 29/ 500 and was published by the St. Petersburg Gallery. The St. Petersburg Gallery is sadly not mentioned in reference books and auction price databases.
This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
