Old man portrait

The presented object appears to be a lithograph on paper with 24 x 12 inches measurements. The print depicts a portrait of an old man and is monographed in Hebrew letters. It is titled "Mosh Sat" and has the edition of 125/150. It was made in the second half of the 20th century.
Sadly, reference books and databases give no additional information for an artist fitting in style and motif.
Comparable objects were recently not offered and sold on the international auction market.
This piece is in good condition and no severe damage is visible in the images provided.
