I've found a few versions of this painting that have been sold previously and - in the closeup photo of the signature, can see that this is a canvas print, a way to reproduce the same image over and over by projecting acrylic or oil paint onto canvas.
These have a more decorative value than historic, typically bringing about CAD $75-100.
