What does this mean?

Dear Vladislav,

Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry. My sincere apologies for the delay with the apprisal.

The presented object appears to be a painting made in oil or acrylic paint on canvas with the measurements of 9 x 12 inches. The painting depicts a farm with stables and its service buildings or a village. The architecture with the half-timbered facade reminds of middle European architecture but could be also located in another Western country. The painting is monogrammed "H.G.". Sadly no artist is mentioned in reference books and auction databases. The paper label indicates that this lot was sold at an auction and sadly it is not trackable which action house this was. This painting was made by an unknown artist in the second half of the 20th century.
Works by this artist were recently not offered and sold on the international auction market.
This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
A fair market estimation would be between 100 to 200 USD.
This estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparable items. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and may vary.

With kind regards,
George
