Considering the photographs, overall pattern, knot density and the colours, I concluded that this is an International Silver Company Porcelain Full Dinner Service. The piece dates back to the period between 1960-1970. The piece has a decorative pattern named "326 Springtime". The piece originates and was made in Japan. It's not a Noritake set for sure but some similarity in style can be detected in decorative elements. The piece is decorated with floral patterns, the depicted floral pattern likely depicts the Jasmine Flower. The piece's pattern is named spring due to this flourishing pattern. The piece is composed of eight dinner plate, salad plates, cups, saucers, serving bowel, creamer, sugar bowl. The quality of the pieces are average for the period. The service is in good condition with minimal signes of age and use except of a chip on the serving bowl.
