The presented object appears to be a painting made in oil paint on canvas with measurements of 60 x 50 cm. This painting depicts a street view of a Mediterranean city with a couple in the foreground and has the title "Portofino". It is painted in an abstracted style whose main motif is not the brush stroke but the broad palette knife. It was made by the Italian artist Albert Guerri who was active in the third quarter of the 20th century probably the 1970s or 1980s. He mainly depicts street or city views from Italy.
Works by this artist were rarely recently offered and sold on the international auction market.
This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
