I'm not finding any listed Native American artists working in the late 20th Century by the name of G. Gibson but did find this that suggests they are a fairly commercial artist, if on a lower end:

Native American School, late 20th Century
Feather Dancer, 1979
signed G. Gibson and dated lower right
oil on canvas or board
10 by 7 inches, in a wooden frame
CONDITION: not examined in person but appears to be in good condition
PROVENANCE: inherited
