Considering the photographs, overall pattern, allignment and the signature, I concluded that this is an Entirely Hand Made and Assembled Modernist, Brutalist Wall Decore Sculpture made by the Modernist Artist known as Silas Seandel. The artist is known to reflect the mid-century modern taste with expression of brutalism. The artist usually works with metal materials, sometimes painted and sometimes unpainted such as in this piece. The piece dates back to the year 1972. The piece is very rough in looks as usual to brutalist pieces, the metal plaques are saw edged. The pieces were assembled by the welding technique. The piece is signed by the artist also stating the year it was made. The piece is in good condition without visible problems.

Entirely hand kmade.
