Centennial, CO USA
Description from user:

Measures 14 1/8 x 14 5/8 inches with the frame. Is under glass. The paper is wavy along the matting at the top.

This belonged to my German mother who died in 2019 at age 88 years old. Her father ran a framing shop in Munich and this may have been something she inherited from her family.
