The presented object appears to be a painting made in oil or acrylic paint on canvas with measurements of 8 x 10 inches. The painting depicts the portrait of an old man with a hat and a certificate names an artist with the name "Madrelloni". Sadly no artist with such a name is mentioned in reference books and auction databases. This piece was made in the second half of the 20th century.
Works by this artist were recently offered and sold on the international auction market.
This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
