Description from user:

An 18k gold pocket watch that my elderly mother inherited from her grandmother but we're not sure where it came from originally. My mother is moving to a new town and needs to gather some cash for expenses so she has elected to sell this watch. The attached photos should suffice for further description but please note "cloudy" areas (for lack of a better term) on the face of the watch at both the 1 - 2 o'clock positions and the 6 and 7 o'clock positions. Winding key included.

None of us really know much about it, which is a pity. Mom had several pocket watches that she has passed along to some of us, her children, but cannot remember the history of this particular watch.
