It won't change the value but if this has a label or stamp confirming that it was made by the Duncan Phyfe furniture company I should include that in the appraisal.

A Federal style mahogany double-pedestal dining table
unattributed maker, first half 20th Century (circa 1930)
The rectangular top with rounded corners and molded edge over a straight apron raised on two flaring fluted columnar supports on tall reeded downcurving tripod legs ending in brass cuffs.
30 inches high, 62 inches long, 38 inches wide
CONDITION: wear commensurate with age and use
PROVENANCE: inherited; client's parents acquired this new circa 1930s
