What does this mean?

Thank you for contacting Mearto. This is a porcelain bowl painted with chrysanthemums and bamboo on the exterior, and a scene of three geishas on the inside. There is detailed gilt accenting throughout. It is similar to porcelain made during the Meiji era. The characters on the base include the kanji ‘九谷,’ indicating that this is Kutani ware produced in Kaga prefecture during the Meiji era.
The Fair Market Value for this bowl is between $150 and $250.
