I don't know who made it. It's in excellent condition. It's been folded and stored in an accordion case for 78 years. I think it might be made of wool with a silk backing. Maybe 16th or 17th century by the clothing of the people, but maybe made later.

CONDITION: backed. Appears to be in generally good condition.
