Considering the photographs, overall pattern, glass quality and the colours, I concluded that this is a Glass Lantern or a Hanging Glass Light Fixture. The piece dates back to the period form 1960 to 1980. All four sides of the item are covered with glass brutalist surfaces framed by wood frames. This rough mosaic like brutal surfaced glasses were very famous around the mid-century starting from th early 1950's. The piece has a single internal bulb. The glass faces of the piece are similarly decorated with larger glass stones alligned in an enlarging vertical line. The piece would contribute the mystic environment of an interior dearly. There is no visible maker's mark or artist signature on the piece. The piece is very collectible and decorative. The piece has a brass chain to be hanged on the ceiling as well as a hard plastic interior fixture for the bulb. The piece is in good condition without visible problems.
