American or English, late 19th Century
Surmounted by a faceted-ball stopper, the tall cylindrical neck tapering into a bulbous body with wheel-engraved decoration, the underside with cut-glass rays.
10 inches high, 5 inches diameter
CONDITION: appears to be in good condition
