Considering the photographs, overall pattern, glass quality and the colours, I concluded that this is a pair of Entirely Hand Cut and Decorated Bohemian Glass Candle Holders. The pair dates back to the period from 1950 to 1970.
The pieces are entirely florally decorated with cuts. The glass is coloured in pink tones. There are decorative transparent glass apliques hanging from the neck of the piece. The pair is formed with a thick base and a wide rim, which was the Bohemian style of larger candle holders. This aims to create a sort of miniature chandelier appearance. The piece appears to be in good condition without visible problems.

Entirely hand made.
