The appraised item appears to be a signed lithography by the Bolivian artist called Graciela Rodo Boulanger (b. 1935). This work is a prime example of Boulanger's traditional style, with three expressionless figures riding on bicycles. It is housed in a gilded wood frame and signed by the artist on the bottom right. This work measures approx. 23" x 23". The condition appears to be good overall.
