This chicago cubs warm up jacket is without doubt frank sinatras own personal jacket from the late 60s/70s that was gifted to my father who was and still is the elder brother of frank sinatras personal assistant in the 70s(who is my auntie) after many years of owning this jacket my father gifted it to my youngest son who is as young as he is an avid frank sinatra fan-he never knew of our connection with frank sinatra until i told him back in 2017 when he was 14 years of age and listening to ol blues songs,since that declaration he was always in awe of my fathers jacket from frank and it was always said that it would be his one day-in 2019 for my sons 16th birthday my father who is know 85(in 2022) gifted it by way of suprise to my youngest son who now believes it needs to be sold to someone who is a frank sinatra superfan/fanatic as he is concerned that it needs to be seen by others as whilst in his possession has only been seen by very few of his close friends
inherited by my son in 2019 from my father(his grandfather) who has owned it since being gifted it from frank sinatra in the early 70s

Considering the photographs, overall pattern, tags and initlas and the objects found, I concluded that this is a Wilson Brand Chicago Cubs Jacket owned previously by Frank Sinatra. The piece dates back to the period from 1960 to 1970. The piece has the initials of the artist on it's inner neck. The artist is known for his habit of embroidering his initials to both the inner and outer parts of his various clothes. One of the other interesting aspects of the piec appears to be a matchbox carrying his initials on it as well. He is known to use such pieces as accessories on him as well. He was also a Chicago Cubs fan and was outspoken about it, referring the team several times on interviews. Although all the signs connects the piece to Sinatra and the provenance is concrete, a solid photograph of the artist with the jacket or a possible confirmation from his circle would help to authenticate.
