Frank Lloyd Wright used geometric shapes in his artistic windows. Three 25” x 54” panel windows.
Purchased at consignment store in Orland Park, IL.
Hi Michael,
Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
FLW's designs were replicated somewhat extensively so without documentation to a confirmed FLW-designed house or building, which would be in the neighborhood of $15-25,000 for each panel, the auction market for windows "in the manner of FL Wright" is closer to $500-800 per window, or in this case, $1,500-2,500 for the set of three.
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:
A group of three Arts & Crafts stained and clear glass windows
In the manner of Frank Lloyd Wright, mid 20th Century
Each panel with geometric designs, featuring amber, red or olive panels.
Each panel 54 by 25 inches
PROVENANCE: acquired at a consignment shop in Orland Park, Il.
$500-800 per window, or $1,500-2,500 for the set of three*
*represents a fair-market value for auction purposes; retail or asking price may vary.
