What does this mean?

Dear Stephen,

Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.

The presented object appears to be a set of four lithographs in colors with unknown measurements. The title of this set is "Four Lights of the Midrahs,Projects for Leaded Glass Windows of the Monte-Carlo's Synagogue" and the size should be 30 1/4 x 22 1/2 inches. The prints were made by Théo TOBIASSE (1927-2012) and were published by Vision Nouvelle (Paris) with an edition of 101/160.
Works by this artist were recently offered and sold on the international auction market.
This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
A fair market estimation would be between 2.000 to 3.000 USD.
This estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparable items. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and may vary.

With kind regards,
Georg
