What does this mean?

Unauthenticated Fossil
Unknown origin
Unknown age
The general shape and appearance of animal cranium fossil, of an unknown period or species. Appears to have a limestone matrix. However; this can also occur in geologic concretions or chert nodules found in limestone deposits. More specific information as to its collection information, exactly where it was found, and in what surrounding matrix will assist in identifying age and if the specimen is geologic or biologic in development. Unknown size, weight. As with all minerals; an in-person evaluation should be done to determine the specimen’s composition. A charge is often associated with this evaluation; but if precious metals or stone are discovered, there would be an increase in the specimen’s fair market value. It is also important to note sale allowance; as items found on public land of different countries, states, and regions have different protection laws associated. Fossils and other protected natural and cultural items found on national park, forest, and public lands belong to the federal government or indigenous nation of origin.
