Description from user:

The violin was probably made in German late 19th century. It has it's original case and bow. Inside is a tag that reads: Special Mandell Antonius Stradinarius There is a Block R & L to the right of that.

It belonged to Father John (priest) . He would have been my mother's uncle, she is 90 years old, but I do not know his age.
