Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry. So that I may best assist you: Do you have any paperwork, or certifications, on this inquiry? A treated ruby can have a very large price difference, based on treatment type and length. At the moment; I would say the current FMV would remain the same as what you paid for them. It appears the past asking price was very low, was there a reason for this? It is also difficult to see the stones' brilliance from the lighting in these images. From a few of your other valuation requests you had images of the stones in hand or held up by a clip or jeweler's tweezer; those were good example images to follow.
