The item presented appears to be a nautical scene by the Belgian artist called Edmond François HEIRMAN (1869-1957). It signed “Ed. Heirman” on the lower left edge. It is housed in a woodern frame. The condition is very good overall condition.

The most recent auction result is for a painting sold last May in Belgium and in 2016 in the United Kingdom.
