I don't recognize the mark but the quality is excellent and is probably German, late 19th Century. A very nice doll.
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:

An antique fabric lady doll with bisque china head, shoulder, hands and feet
German, late 19th Century
With painted features, elegant gray coiffure, back of shoulders impressed AN or M, with a seamed body.
17 inches tall
CONDITION: small losses and some use wear
