I've not been able to find a listed artist by the name of G. Jaffery but this painting is characteristic of works painted in the late 20th and early 21st Centuries by American artists and is a good example of the type. Though these are large and impressive, when offered at auction, works of this size and style tend to bring between $300-500 at auction.
