24H x 32W. Oil painting on Canvas. Signature in the lower left. Very pretty painting. There are a few little bit of dirt smudges, otherwise in good condition.
This painting came from an estate. The person who owned the painting prior had a nice size art collection. The pieces in the collection were painted by a variety of well known artists.

It is signed with the name Ruby and was made in the last third of the 20th century. Sadly no additional information for an artist with this name fitting in style and motif is given by reference books and databases. The motif, the style, and the signature are not comparable with works by the American artist Claire H. Ruby (1925-2005, American).
Comparable objects were recently offered and sold on the international auction market.
This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
A fair market estimation would be between 50 to 100 USD.
