Description from user:

Three rings on the face of the bracelet encompass three turquoise stones, the ending of each point of the bracelet through the rings showcase filigree detailing. On one side of the bracelet is a hinge, and the other side is a clasp that opens/closes the bracelet.

Inherited from my paternal grandmother's collection. This was given to her to wear, as a child. It was given to me when I was a girl.

What does this mean?

A Gold Plated Gilt Hinged Bangle, c.1880
of crossover tubular form with three concentric rings, decorated with three turquoise pastes, stones and filigree decoration, 5/16"wide x 1 3/4" long x 3/8" high; 2 1/2" wide x 2" high

The Jewel would greatly benefit from thick gold plating in terms of attractiveness and long term value.
