The presented object appears to be a painting made in oil paint on canvas with the measurements of 18 x 14 inches. The painting depicts a rural house with a garden. It was made and signed by the artist Cao Yong (Chinese, b. 1962). He paints mainly portraits and landscapes.
Works by this artist were recently offered and sold on the international auction market.
This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
