Hi Betty,
Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
The mark looks like and 18th Century mark but isn't, and the signature doesn't match any of the decorators on record for the 18th Century, further reinforcing that this is a 19th Century piece.
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:
A Sevres style hand-painted and parcel gilt cobalt glazed footed covered vase.
French, 19th Century
Vasiform shape and circular section with a domed cover (lid), the body with a large decorative panel depicting figures in a landscape and signed lower right "Chenily", all on a cobalt-glazed ground with gilt accents, on a flaring foot on a square bronze socle.
