Please find below a description and an estimate of your print which appears to be by the 19th-century French artist called Carle Vernet (1758-1836). This is a lithograph entitled 'Seated Arab holding the Bridle of an Arabian Horse.' It is signed on the lower right, and this work on paper measures 18" (h) x 24" (w). The condition appears to be good overall.
