Considering the photographs, overall pattern, print quality and the colours, I concluded that this is a The Barnum and Bailey Circus Lithograph Print Poster. The piece dates back to the period from 1908 to 1915. During this period Strobridge & Co. Lith. designed several types of posters for the circus and this appears to be one of them by style. The frase, "Greatest Show on Earth" was commonly used on their posters during this period. Portraits of Barnum and Bailey were depicted inside golden mirror style frames. The piece is a very valuable collectable indeed. The piece appears to be in fair condition with some loss to the edges and some tear.
