What does this mean?

The appraised work appears to be an offset lithograph titled 'Di-Faced Tenner' executed by British street artist Banksy (b. 1974). The replica 10 pound note features the late Princess Diana on one side with noted naturalist Charles Darwin on the other. Banksy first created the bills in 2004 and printed 1 million pounds worth, which he often distributed at festivals and famously "spilled" a briefcase full of the bills at the Liverpool tube station in London. The estimate provided is based on comparables recently offered and sold at auction. The appraised work's size, composition, medium and condition (based on images provided), as well as the artist's current auction market were taken into consideration when determining the estimate. In many cases, pricing for similar examples available on the primary (retail) market vary, and are often higher than secondary (auction) market examples.
