Considering the photographs, overall pattern, glass quality and the colours, I concluded that this is an Entirely Hand Blown Murano Style Glass Rooster made in Venezuela. "Arte Murano Icet Hecho en Venezuela" is an production center an atelier based near Caracas and they are famous for adopting the Italian, Venetian style of Hand Blown Glass. Some differences may be stated with original Murano piece of course, but it is a considerably well adaptation by the atelier. This piece of yours depicts a rooster figure, the tail of the animal was done by using the gradient technique of blown glass. The body was made in dark amber colour while the beak was done using red coloured glass. The piece has a base shaped with small and frequent lobes. The tail was constructed in an abstract scale with a very sharp end. A contemporary piece, likely dates back to the period from 1990 to 2010. The piece is in average quality and with average detailed work. The piece is in good condition with only a single chip on it's front.
