What does this mean?

Dear Donn,

Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry. My sincere apologies for the delay with the appraisal

The presented object appears to be gypsum or plaster cast with the measurements of 54” wide by 23” tall. This is a reproduction after the panels of the so-called "Cantoria" (singing loft) by the famous Italian artist Luca della Robbia
(https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/3/3a/Cantoria_di_luca_della_robbia.JPG). These panels are the first documented artworks Luca della Robbia made for the Medici in Florence 1431–1438. This piece was probably made in the 20th century.
Comparable objects were recently offered and sold on the international auction market.
This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
A fair market estimation would be between 400 to 1.000 USD.
This estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparable items. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and may vary.

With kind regards,
George
